Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily BAS and controls installation work. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating phased installations, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with security and operational requirements.Key Responsibilities Supervise BAS and controls installation crews and subcontractorsCoordinate daily work plans, shutdowns, and access windowsEnforce OSHA, site safety, and project security requirementsMonitor productivity, quality, and installation sequencingCommunicate daily progress, manpower needs, and field issues to the Project ManagerSupport inspections, punch lists, startup, and commissioningRequired Qualifications 5+ years supervising BAS, controls, electrical, or mechanical installationsExperience working in live facilities or secure environmentsStrong field leadership and coordination skillsWillingness to work night shifts, weekends, and off-hoursAbility to obtain and maintain project badging/security clearanceBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Retirement, Short/Long term disability and more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
