Schedule:
- Night shift: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (7:00pm - 7:30am)
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Valid certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Radiology required; at least some experience in CT preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging procedures with skillful accuracy, ensuring patient comfort and privacy
- Verify clinician orders, assess patient history, and identify contraindications
- Utilize appropriate dose protocols and maintain strict safety standards
- Demonstrate proficiency with venipuncture and contrast administration
- Review images for clinical quality, release patients, and ensure proper documentation in PACS and RIS
- Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and ready for use; report issues promptly
- Maintain patient and departmental records, restock supplies, and assist with patient transport
- Collaborate with team members and participate in onboarding and training of new staff
- Adhere to hospital standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines
