Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images that support physicians in diagnosing and treating conditions. Thisrole is located in Atlanta, GA at a hospital facility focused on breast care imaging. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered imaging services in an outpatient women's breast care environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred ARDMS).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
- Experience with advanced breast ultrasound is required.
- Required AHA BLS certification.
- Experience working in hospital or outpatient breast care/imaging centers preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Breast imaging experience beyond general ultrasound, including interventional or diagnostic breast procedures.
- Familiarity with women's health clinic workflows and electronic medical record systems used in imaging departments.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1700.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
