Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Dates: ASAP – Ongoing (Ongoing Per diem coverage)
Pay Rate: $19-21 per hour (1099) - Same Day Pay/Express Pay available
Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and CNA State License/Certification.
