Senior Accountant - Lead to Cash Subject (AR) (SME) | Vanderlande | Marietta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)Are you an accounting and finance professional with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration?Vanderlande, a global market leader in automated logistics solutions for airports, warehouses, and parcel distribution, is seeking a Senior Accountant - Lead to Cash Subject (AR) (SME) to join our Finance team in Marietta, GA.In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the regional expert for the Lead-to-Cash process, acting as a critical link between operational teams, shared services, and global process owners. You'll help drive process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.What You'll DoPartner with regional stakeholders, operational teams, and Global Delegated Process Owners (DPOs) to enhance Lead-to-Cash processesTranslate business needs into actionable process improvements and system enhancementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, process rollouts, and organizational change managementAnalyze KPIs and identify root causes of process deviations while driving corrective actionsServe as the regional liaison between Finance Shared Services and operational teamsProvide subject matter expertise and second-level support for complex process inquiriesCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation activities, and end-user trainingCollaborate with global process communities to share best practices and improvement opportunitiesMaintain regional process governance and manage exceptions or deviations from standard proceduresSupport compliance efforts, including execution of J-SOX controlsDrive operational improvements through data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagementWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Accounting, or Finance operationsExperience working in a multinational organization, shared services environment, or global business structureProven success driving process improvement and operational excellence initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ERP systems and financial processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levelsContinuous improvement mindset and passion for driving efficienciesWhy Join Vanderlande?At Vanderlande, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global team that is transforming the future of warehouse, airport, and parcel automation.
