This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, forward-thinking architect who can connect business strategy with technology execution, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and help drive the transition to a value stream operating model .What You'll Do:Partner with business leaders, value stream owners, and subject matter experts to align business and technology strategies.Develop current-state and future-state business and technology capability models.Build enterprise technology roadmaps and transitional architectures.Guide delivery teams in translating architectural vision into practical solutions.Establish architectural standards, reference models, and governance practices.Identify opportunities to reduce technology duplication, improve reuse, and drive innovation.Influence stakeholders across IT and the business to drive enterprise-wide alignment.What We're Looking For:Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and strategic technology planning.Strong background in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and technology roadmaps.Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both executive and technical audiences.Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse teams.Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate and BizzDesign is a plus.Knowledge of Agile, Lean, modern development practices, and emerging technologies.The ideal candidate for the AVP, Enterprise Architecture - Value Stream is a senior-level Enterprise Architect who combines enterprise-wide technology strategy, business architecture, value stream transformation, and executive-level influence.
