A multi-billion dollar real estate private equity firm with a large national industrial portfolio is seeking an AVP, Leasing - Asset Management to join its growing investments team in Atlanta, GA.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect the full leasing process, including market analysis, comparative analysis, and negotiationsLead transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions, and oversee the onboarding of newly acquired propertiesReview and approve industrial real estate appraisals and operational budgets, covering rental rates, discounted cash flows, and capital workManage industrial assets end-to-end, overseeing tenant relations and support, written reporting, record keeping, and technology platform updatesDevelop analytical tools that provide leadership with clear insight into the state of the portfolio and improve the efficiency of work processesContribute to monthly and quarterly investor reportingSupport lease administration, including maintaining tenant contacts and tracking insurance, collections, and property inspectionsOrganize routine property maintenance, align maintenance technician and construction management schedules, and assist with tenant maintenance requestsPrepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contractsOversee invoice preparation and coding for PM/AM approval, and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activityQualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred5 to 8 years of asset management experience in industrial or commercial real estateExperience with leasing, transaction analysis, and due diligenceProficiency in reviewing appraisals, operational budgets, and discounted cash flow analysisAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
