You'll spend your week on LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and niche communities — finding qualified candidates for marketing agency roles and passing warm leads to our internal recruiter.This is a high-ownership role. You'll source, screen, and shortlist candidates across marketing, sales, creative, and operations roles - and you'll build a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively.WHAT YOU'LL OWN -Source 30–50 qualified candidates per week across LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and Slack/Discord communitiesSend personalized outreachPre-screen via 15-minute intro calls when candidates respond -Hand off interested candidates with a written summary - Keep a clean tracking sheet of every candidate touchedRequirementsYOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE1+ year of sourcing experience, ideally for marketing, creative, or remote-first rolesA portfolio of personalized outreach that actually gets responsesCapacity for 3–4 hours per day, weekdays - Strong organization and minimal need for oversight
