Social Media Coordinator Pluto TV is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support our English and Spanish social media marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. The role will oversee content creation, editorial planning, and community management for the US Hispanic handle @SoyPlutoTV and report to the Director of Social Media.Responsibilities Route English and US Hispanic (USH) social media creative assets and copy to content partners for approval and coordinate necessary updates with the Creative and Social Media teams.Encourage content partners to amplify posts from the @PlutoTV and @SoyPlutoTV handles.Schedule all final partner‑approved posts through Sprout Social.Collaborate with the USH marketing and programming teams to plan the @SoyPlutoTV editorial calendar for Meta, TikTok, and X.Develop creative requests and copy for posts promoting Pluto TV's en español content.Tailor language in creative and copy for specific demographics (e.g., Spanglish for younger audiences, full Spanish for older audiences).Lead USH community management, engaging with fans in Spanish, Spanglish, and English to give personality to @soyplutotv.Monitor major pop‑culture events, trending topics, and news stories to identify opportunities that boost awareness of Pluto TV's en español library.Qualities & Experience Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish and English.1–2+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role.Strong, clear communication skills.Highly organized with acute attention to detail.Excellent creative writing skills.Collaborative and excited to work with multiple cross‑function teams.Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $36,800.00 – $60,000.00. The range applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay will depend on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and PTO.
