Develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and detailed cost analyses. Manage bid solicitations, subcontractor relationships, and procurement efforts. Conduct value engineering reviews and cost-saving recommendations. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions. Assist in proposal development and client presentations. Experience working on ground-up projects valued at $15M+. Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, budgeting, and value engineering. Proficiency with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
