We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing homecare team.Position DetailsPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - MALE Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule/Shift Hours: 12 hours shift per day Start Date: October 9 or 12, 2026 Location: Atlanta, 30309Job ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care needs.Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.Assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical care needs as appropriate.Perform light housekeeping and domestic tasks related to client care.Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs.Accurately document client care and progress.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and the care team.Protect each client's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.Follow all agency policies, care instructions, and applicable regulations.QualificationsActive CNA License/CertificationCurrent CPR/BLS certification requiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredFull-time professional healthcare experience required; 3–5 years preferred.Home healthcare or in-home care experience strongly preferred.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and dependable.Warm, compassionate, and patient personality.Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.Ability to work closely with supervisors and follow care instructions.Ability to assist with client transfers, mobility, and physical tasks.Willingness to perform personal care, domestic, and housekeeping tasks as requested and appropriate.Commitment to treating clients with dignity, respect, and compassion.Willingness to comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and agency requirements.Required DocumentsApplicants must be able to provide:Driver's License, State-Issued ID, or other valid government-issued identificationActive CNA License/CertificationCurrent CPR/BLS CardTB Test Results/DocumentationSocial Security CardVaccination/Immunization Record, as applicableExisting Fingerprinting/Background CheckJoin Gail's Homecare and become part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
