This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our home healthcare agency by ensuring caregivers are efficiently scheduled and clients receive exceptional care.ResponsibilitiesOversee the scheduling process to ensure caregivers are matched with clients based on their skills and client needsCollaborate with the client and their families to schedule replacement caregivers as neededWork closely with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies and manage caregiver assignmentsPlay a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service deliveryMaintain open communication with clients and their families to address any scheduling concerns or changesCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure care plans are aligned with client requirementsAssist in resolving complaints, incidents, and problems as needed, providing guidance to caregivers when necessaryOversee the maintenance of accurate logs for new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases, ensuring compliance within the departmentRun various daily and weekly reports to check for any discrepancies or errors, and ensure the necessary corrections are madeMonitor adherence to company policies and proceduresRequirementsStrong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Proven experience in scheduling and managing complex calendars with multiple variables.Administrative expertise with the ability to handle competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.CompensationStarting Salary: $45,000 annuallyBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packagePlease email resumes only to hr@angelcompanions.us#J-18808-Ljbffr
