Overview As a Real Estate Investment and Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for property acquisition screening, sales strategy planning, and market research of surrounding properties in new business initiatives of a subsidiary. Through research and analysis that support investment decisions, you will contribute to improving business profitability and managing risks.
Main Responsibilities - Screening and evaluation of property acquisitions for new business initiatives
- Planning and supporting the execution of sales strategies
- Research and analysis of surrounding markets and competing properties
- Preparing and reporting investment return simulations and sales data
- Coordinating and collaborating with related departments and subsidiaries
Required Skills & Experience - Practical experience in the real estate industry (acquisition, sales, brokerage, development, etc.)
- Skills in market and data analysis
- Ability in planning and problem solving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills & Experience - Experience in evaluating and underwriting investment properties
- Experience in analysis using Excel or BI tools
