Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days – 12-hour shifts
- Expected Hours: 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Rapid Admission Unit – fast-paced environment – patient load turns over faster than a normal MedSurg unit – never a dull moment!
- Day shift – 3x12s – enjoy your evenings!
- 7 positions available – multiple openings for the right candidates!
- Level 1 Trauma Center – work at a top-tier facility with a supportive team
- Patient Ratio 5-6:1 – manageable assignments in a fast-paced setting
- No floating required – stay in your unit!
- Both Local & Travel welcome! – 1-mile radius for locals!
- Med/Surg-Tele RN – Rapid Admission Unit
- General medical patients and surgical patients waiting for surgery
- Patient load turns over faster than a normal medical-surgical unit
- Patient Ratio: 5-6:1
- Looking for RNs who can communicate clearly and work independently
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced admission environment
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
- Active Georgia RN license required (must be currently active)
- Prior travel experience required
- No floating required
- Locals are accepted – 1-mile radius rule applies
