Work Environment
This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys a collaborative and diverse remote work environment. Our virtual setting allows you to engage with clients and colleagues efficiently while prioritizing client care and operational excellence. The team operates from Monday to Friday, with scheduled hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring work-life balance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Providing direct clinical services both remotely and within the community, managing a caseload of clients with varying degrees of mental health challenges.
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to advance team goals, focusing on shared objectives and integrated approaches to care.
- Conducting thorough assessments and engaging in crisis intervention, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and well-being.
- Implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique mental health needs, while facilitating access to additional supportive services.
- Maintaining adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery at all times.
- Documenting client interactions meticulously and ensuring timely submission of reports relevant to treatment plans and outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings to enhance service delivery and foster agency development.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The LCSW will primarily work with individuals experiencing severe emotional and mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will involve not only direct counseling services but also advocacy and outreach efforts to enhance access to mental health resources for underserved populations in the Atlanta area.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Active LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.
- At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and colleagues effectively.
- Demonstrated organizational and critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
Preferred qualifications include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, which will enhance our ability to serve diverse clients. Experience working in community health clinics or with populations facing socioeconomic challenges will also be valued.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
