Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and designing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
- Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive and effective care strategies for our patients.
- Engaging in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance treatment quality and share best practices.
- Providing education on mental health topics to patients and their families, equipping them with information about treatment options and community resources for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits
