Wound Care RN – Wound Care
Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Wound Care
- Required: AHA BLS certification
- CWOCN certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to develop specialized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on wound care and management strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment efficacy.
- Utilize electronic medical records for patient care documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to wound care.
