Registered Nurse - Oncology (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on Oncology to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the oncology specialty.
Location
Canton, GA
Schedule
Varies, with working hours from 7 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and families about cancer treatments and care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Holiday Expectations
Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
