Home Care Assessment RN
Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc., a provider of Home Care in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Home Care Assessment RN is an integral part of our team, and we offer a supportive, professional environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments
- Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans
- Communicate assessment findings to the care team
- Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:
- Medication management
- Wound care
- Catheter and tube feeding care
- Diabetes management/insulin administration
- Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care
- IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with clients in their homes
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
