Description:
Provide nursing care in a telemetry unit.
Manage patients with various diagnoses including CHF, COPD, DM, Sepsis, and more.
Perform special procedures such as lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, NGT/feeding tube insertion, and NFT insertion.
Demonstrate proficiency in telemetric interpretation.
Utilize Epic for documentation and patient management.
Maintain current certifications and adhere to patient safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in continuing education and skills development as required.
