Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Sourcer to drive hiring for core technology roles within a finder/filler model. This position requires a data-centric approach to identifying and engaging top engineering talent. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing strategies, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize the hiring funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft targeted sourcing strategies for specialized tech roles.
- Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Analyze recruitment data to pinpoint and resolve funnel inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement improvements for candidate flow and quality.
- Conduct market research to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in technical talent sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with pipeline metric interpretation.
- Excellent client engagement and consultative abilities.
Industry Experience: Experience in the core technology sector, particularly in sourcing for engineering, infrastructure, and cloud-related disciplines, is highly preferred.
