Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
- Required AHA BLS certification
- ARRT (RRT) certification
Responsibilities- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a radiation oncologist.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
- Monitor patients' condition and progress throughout treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.
- Assist in patient education about radiation therapy procedures and side effects.
Compliance / Notes MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
