Registered Nurse – Postpartum
12hr Nights, 7pm-7am, weekend shifts required.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 14
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
Required certifications: AHA BLS, NRP
Preference for experienced travelers due to high volume and pace
MUST work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day AND 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and practices
Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in the medical record
