An infusion pharmacy leader is needed to manage daily operations and clinical services focused on safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This direct hire role requires a hands-on manager to oversee sterile compounding activities, pharmacy staff, and regulatory compliance while contributing to branch profitability.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible schedule required with administrative on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Direct daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
- Lead recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and technicians
- Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding standards
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize infusion therapy patient outcomes
- Participate in branch budget planning, workflow improvements, and performance initiatives
Qualifications & Desired Experience: - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
- 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings
- Proven expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership skills managing pharmacy personnel with a focus on training and long-term staff success
- Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
