Respiratory Therapist – NICU
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).
Every other weekend required. No call. Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed.
Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
Licensure and certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Ability to work in all critical care areas including NICU, adult ICU, and emergency department.
Full compliance required to start on time.
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in critical care settings.
Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
