Join Our Maternal-Fetal Medicine Team in Atlanta, GA! Pediatrix is seeking two exceptional Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to join our well-established, large practice in Atlanta, GA. This consultative practice, established in 1995, operates out of four office locations and provides support to five hospitals, including Northside Hospital and Gwinnett Medical Center-recognized as two of the premier hospitals in the area.
Job Responsibilities: - Enjoy an attractive call and coverage schedule
- Combined, the facilities average about 25,000 deliveries annually
- Part of a large team of eight MFMs and seven OB/GYNs for support and share of patient care
- Strong clinical and operational support in the clinics with a large team of experienced NPs and Sonographers
- Most hospitals provide OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage, and most NICUs are managed by our affiliated group of Neonatologists
- The practice is a pioneer in telemedicine in the state of Georgia
- We are not accepting Locums candidates
- We are not accepting visa candidates
- Open to new fellowship graduates and experienced providers
Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (0-5 years from residency) - [REQUIRED]
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialty (0-5 years from residency) - [REQUIRED]
- Georgia license or willingness to obtain - [REQUIRED]
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]
- Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (to be completed before start) - [REQUIRED]
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
License and Certification Requirements: - Georgia Medical License
- Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine
- DEA Certification
