Description:
Individuals with extensive experience with either Eloqua and/or Acoustic formerly IBM Silverpop. We are looking for candidates that know how to support the tool's infrastructure not campaign design. These skill sets are the primary focus (but are not all inclusive): Tool governance Admin API development and implementation Infrastructure design and maintenance e.g. users, roles, IP Addresses, Certs, Dnames, whitelisting etc. Testing Data cleansing Data mapping Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work with various team with various skills sets and knowledge Working knowledge or certification in the Agile process we will be using the SAFe methodology At least one of the on-shore resources would act as a conduit between the on-shore team and the off-shore team
