Change her clothing and/or incontinence products as needed. Ensure she is clean, comfortable, and repositioned properly in bed. 2 Mobility Assistance Use the Hoyer lift to safely transfer client from the bed when needed. Assist her into a seated position for lunch. After the meal, assist her back into bed and ensure she is properly pulled up and positioned comfortably. 3 Feeding Feeding assistance is not required. However, ensure her meal is within reach and that she is safely positioned while eating. 4 Housekeeping Empty the trash as needed. Fold the laundry. Keep the bathroom clean and tidy. Maintain general cleanliness of the house. Vacuum the floors regularly. Additional Notes Ensure client is always positioned comfortably and safely after transfers.
