Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for patients with conditions such as Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Substance Abuse, Status Epilepticus, and Encephalopathy.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in the management of patient care and ensure patient's comfort and safety.
- Document patient care and progress notes accurately.
- Engage in teamwork and possibly float to other units as needed.
