What You'll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting at Northside Hospital in Atlanta
- Manage critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN (1,400-1,500 annual admissions)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and research nurses
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
- Participate in clinical decision-making and evidence-based care for complex neonatal cases
- Contribute to a growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
- Engage in mentorship opportunities; new graduates are encouraged to apply
What You Need
- Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
- Certification in BLS and NRP
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and teamwork
- Excellent communication and compassionate care approach
