An Am Law 100-ranked global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in its Atlanta office.
The role requires approximately 3–5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, with a strong emphasis on trial work, including matters tried in courts across the United States. The position also involves significant advisory responsibilities, including counseling on employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements, wage and hour compliance matters (such as classification and general regulatory compliance), leave of absence issues, and policy review.
Candidates must be active members of the Georgia Bar.
The firm offers a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $200,000 to $245,000 as well as flexible benefits, tuition assistance, and a generous 401(k) plan.
