Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney (Multifamily Housing) – AtlantaDirect Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to join a nationally recognized real estate practice focused on multifamily housing finance and sophisticated lender-side transactions.The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of real estate finance experience, particularly representing lenders in multifamily housing finance transactions, including construction and permanent loans. Candidates should be comfortable managing transactions from inception through closing and working directly with clients and deal teams.Qualified candidates will possess:1–4 years of real estate finance experienceExperience representing lenders in multifamily housing finance transactionsFamiliarity with construction and permanent loan transactionsExperience drafting and negotiating loan documentsExperience coordinating title and survey review and transaction closing processesStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage transactions from beginning to end with appropriate supervisionAffordable housing and bond financing experience is a plusAdmission to the Georgia Bar or pending admissionThis firm offers a collaborative national platform with sophisticated transactional work, direct client exposure, and strong mentorship opportunities.
