OverviewThe Associate will work on sophisticated government investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and regulatory counseling matters.Specific matters involve privacy, advertising and marketing practices, and consumer financial services.Required experience includes defending or assisting with government investigations and enforcement actions before regulators such as the FTC, CFPB, and state attorneys general.The role requires experience counseling clients on state, federal, and international privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other emerging privacy regulations.Further experience includes responding to CIDs, subpoenas, and other regulatory inquiries, and conducting related internal investigations.Prior government, judicial clerkship, or relevant in-house experience is considered a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
