You will manage cases from inception to conclusion, oversee the litigation process, negotiate pre‑litigation matters, and perform any other duties consistent with your position. You agree to devote your full business time, attention and best efforts to the performance of your duties. Additionally, the attorney must have 5 years of experience with pre‑litigation and litigation, including trial.
