This role requires consistent prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up activities while representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.Success in this position comes from developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities, educating referral partners, and helping clients understand why PuroClean is the trusted choice for property restoration services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with referral partners, customers, and Centers of Influence (COIs)Generate revenue through consultative sales and business development activitiesBuild, manage, and grow a Top 25 account listConduct regular face-to-face visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking eventsPromote continuing education opportunities for insurance and property management professionalsMaintain regular communication with existing and prospective clientsFollow up on active projects to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencesIncrease brand awareness through community involvement and networkingDevelop a strong understanding of restoration services, estimating, and production processesMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactionsRepresent PuroClean professionally at all timesAdhere to company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsComfortable speaking to groups, conducting presentations, and attending networking eventsSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedProfessional appearance and high level of integrityExisting relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, contractors, or commercial accounts are a plusValid driver's license requiredPreferred BackgroundExperience in one or more of the following industries is highly valued:Restoration or constructionProperty managementInsuranceCommercial salesReal estateFacility managementWhy PuroClean?At PuroClean, we don't just restore properties—we restore lives.
