Job Purpose Voya Investment Management (IM) is seeking an SVP, Client Portfolio Manager to support IM's Fixed Income team. As a member of the Fixed Income Client Portfolio Manager Team, this role is responsible for presenting and working with external clients as a representative of Voya's Fixed Income Platform. The SVP, Client Portfolio Manager will engage with intermediaries and institutional clients, with an emphasis on the institutional channel, and will contribute to fixed‑income platform materials, thought leadership and client communications used with internal and external partners. This position will be located in the Atlanta office.Key Responsibilities Perform as a senior advocate and representative of IM's Fixed Income investment platform among internal stakeholders, institutional investors, consultants, and external clients, with approximately 40-60% travel required.Serve as a senior client‑facing representative of the Fixed Income platform, presenting investment capabilities to institutional and intermediary clients, conducting portfolio reviews, participating in prospect meetings, supporting business development efforts, and helping drive asset growth opportunities.Collaborate with the Fixed Income Client Portfolio Manager team and portfolio managers in gathering and analyzing product and capital markets data, creating materials including commentaries, strategy‑specific and thematic presentation books and various communication pieces.Partner with Portfolio Management, Marketing and Distribution Teams to produce high‑quality investment communications, research, white papers, insight pieces, RFPs, commentaries, presentations, and other product content support.Serve as a liaison between Investment and Sales colleagues across the organization on matters including, but not limited to, portfolio management, marketing and communications, legal and compliance.Conduct market research and uncover and share insights regarding the competitive landscape.Serve as a technical investment expert alongside sales professionals, helping articulate investment strategies, differentiate Voya's capabilities, and influence institutional investment decision‑makers.Respond to internal and external client inquiries.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with a minimum of 15 years of financial services experience, preferably in asset management or capital markets. Minimum 7-10 years of public or private fixed‑income experience required. MBA and/or CFA preferred.Experience as a client portfolio manager, investment specialist, institutional consultant, research manager, or similar client‑facing investment role within asset management, consulting, or capital markets environments.Passion for investments, fixed‑income markets, and client engagement, with a demonstrated ability to communicate investment insights, influence decision‑makers, and deliver solutions to sophisticated institutional investors.Strong executive presence, credibility, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage institutional investors, investment consultants, and senior investment professionals.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with many individuals throughout the organization.Ability to multi‑task and work in a high‑paced, team‑oriented environment.Compensation Pay Disclosure Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The annual base salary range for this position in the Atlanta office is $175,000 to $200,000 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long‑term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
