With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee‑owners.What We're Looking ForThe HNTB Traffic team is seeking a driven professional to join our growing group with a focus on project management and technical delivery of projects and programs ranging from local agencies to large‑scale efforts including complex alternative delivery. Traffic engineering efforts may be focused on forecasting, analysis, simulation, safety or signal design in a leading role. Regular engagement with clients and project stakeholders may be required. The role will support senior PMs as well as train and mentor junior staff. An ideal candidate has experience leading technical production, report development and supporting project management for traffic studies across multiple clients. In‑depth understanding of the GDOT Forecasting Manual, GDOT Design Guidelines and MUTCD is preferred.What You'll DoResponsible for the planning and distribution of discipline‑specific work, and adherence to the schedule and budget on projects.Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.Assists with the development of scope of work and level of effort for projects and/or assignments within discipline.Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work within the technical discipline.
