Inspire Brands Foundation currently supports the philanthropic efforts of Inspire Brands and its portfolio of companies.Senior Manager, Accounting is responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting, forecasting and reporting for all the Inspire Brands Foundations. In addition, this person will manage the annual audit and 990 tax return processes ensuring all required approvals and deadlines are met.ResponsibilitiesAccountingResponsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all Foundation accountingPrepare and post monthly journal entriesReconcile bank accounts monthlyReconcile balance sheet accounts monthlyPrepare yearly budgetManage accounts receivable collectionsPay bills, print checks and make all deposits weeklyProcess grant payments weekly (1000+ / year)Issue 1099-NEC forms yearlyEnsure accuracy of data transfers between systems (Salesforce, Accounting and Treasury)Owner and troubleshooter of Foundation accounting software including managing all users in the system.
