Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process documentation needed to establish new bank accounts and changes to existing accounts across multiple banking platformsCompile Know Your Customer (KYC) documentationTrack cash disbursements and cash receipts for Portman Holdings, tier entities, and subsidiariesManage business license applications and renewalsPrepare information packages needed for trade credit applications and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) renewalsCollaborate with Treasury management to maintain the company's choice of key financial institutions, including analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit level, and counterparty credit quality/exposureMaintain relationships with banking client service specialists at multiple banksDocument maintenance of vendor wire/ACH payment instructions and payment instruction change requestsMaintain Positive Pay records and process exceptions dailyMonitor and track the company's debt payments and update debt management software monthlyUpdate wire summary reports weeklyPrepare daily cash reports for managementProvide information in connection with external audits and monitor cash management activities to ensure complianceSupport treasury and accounting initiatives as neededAssist in depositing incoming checksMaintain annual entity registrations and business license renewalsMaintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidentialOther duties as assignedRemain current on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizationsQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredThree-five years of prior Treasury experience, preferably at a bank or other financial institutionAt least one year of accounting/bookkeeping experience; banking experience is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of Adobe AcrobatExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster good working relationships at every levelStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to plan, present, and prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detailSound problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional maturityAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands while delivering high-quality client serviceSelf-starter with initiative and the ability to achieve high performance goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong adherence to company guidelines and processesAbility to work a flexible schedule outside of core business hoursThe Opportunity This position is located at Portman Holdings' corporate office in downtown Atlanta.
