Field Advanced Practice Provider – Athens, GA Position Title : Field Advanced Practice ProviderAnticipated End Date : 2026-08-28Location : This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. (Note: Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered unless a lawful accommodation is granted.)Compensation : $10,000 Sign on Bonus.Job Overview The Field Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with company physicians, other healthcare providers, and patient families to develop complex care plans.
