Position PurposeSenior Analyst, Trade Credit serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth as part of a world-class controllership organization.The Senior Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activities for Order to Cash (OTC) specifically related to our Pro Trade Credit business. This role partners with internal teams and external business partners such as our customers and the Credit and Pro teams to help resolve discrepancies, solve problems, and constantly improve the trade credit processes. This role needs foundational accounting skills in accounts receivable, cash, revenue, and reporting.As a Senior Analyst, you will drive the execution of operational tasks, including but not limited to cash application, invoice adjustments and refunds, reconciliations, and other month‑end tasks within SAP, Blackline, and other third‑party applications. Additionally, in collaboration with your team, you will spearhead departmental and strategic projects, collaborate with project/product managers, and balance your own workload. This role is expected to present continuous improvement recommendations to managers and leaders as well as execute on these improvements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in querying complex data into actionable insights using Google Big Query, Tableau, SQL, and other SaaS tools.
