We have a leading portfolio of responsible pain management and neuropsychiatry medications.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Area Sales Director (ASD) is responsible for driving Collegium's culture of high performance and delivering exceptional commercial results. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales and collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, compliance, and medical teams, the ASD will insure implementation of the company's sales strategy. This role leads and coaches a team of Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute business plans that achieve corporate sales goals and key performance indicators. As a key source of market intelligence, the ASD will anticipate and respond effectively to marketplace dynamics.
