An established and rapidly expanding multidisciplinary design and engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to join its Atlanta team. We're looking for professionals with 5–15+ years of mechanical engineering experience who are ready to take ownership of projects while helping shape the future growth of a thriving engineering organization.What You'll DoLead the mechanical design and engineering of industrial, manufacturing, and mission‑critical facility projects.Develop HVAC, plumbing, piping, utility, and process support systems from concept through construction.Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.Coordinate with structural, electrical, architectural, and process engineering teams.Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team.Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.5–15+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.Experience designing systems for industrial, manufacturing, automotive, energy, food & beverage, life sciences, or similar facilities is highly desirable.Proficiency with engineering design software and applicable industry codes and standards.Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.Preferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred, but not required.Experience leading projects and mentoring engineering staff.Familiarity with multidisciplinary design environments and client‑facing project delivery.Salary: $90,000–$135,000 (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development and continuing education supportCareer advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on innovation and excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
