Partners in Change (PIC) takes coaching's track record of success for executives and brings that to adults in poverty, empowering them to change the trajectory of their lives. PIC pairs trained volunteer coaches with adults pursuing personal and professional goals, talking weekly for a year as one-to-one partners in their success. Fully realized, Partners in Change seeks to deploy a critical mass of coaches and create a tipping point in Atlanta's efforts to reduce poverty. As PIC's Marketing and Community Outreach Specialist VISTA, you will build upon and expand the marketing and outreach efforts at PIC.
