Job DescriptionWe are seeking an execution-focused Product Marketing Specialist to support product marketing initiatives across the Canadian market. This role will be responsible for updating and localizing product messaging, maintaining sales and marketing collateral, supporting digital content updates, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.Day to DayUpdate and localize product messaging, sales collateral, and digital content for the Canadian market.Maintain marketing assets including presentations, sell sheets, PDFs, website content, and sales enablement materials.Partner with Canadian and U.S. stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment.Coordinate reviews and approvals with business, legal, and compliance teams.Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and to standard.Maintain content repositories and publishing workflows, including Seismic and SharePoint.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all marketing materials.Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Support market research and identify insights to inform marketing initiatives.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
