Marketing Field Support
Kares Management is seeking a Marketing Field Support to assist with day-to-day sales activities including visits and administrative tasks for their designated market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the InterSolutions products and client base.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling InterSolutions.
- Visit 100 properties per week and drop off marketing materials.
- Follow up with properties by phone or email as needed.
- Provide customer service to clients as needed.
- Coordinate with operations team to fill open orders.
- Document all visits in Zenople.
- Update property contact information within Zenople and Smart Apartment Data as needed.
- Attend trade shows as requested by management.
- Assist with recruiting as needed.
- Participate and present in weekly sales and market calls.
- Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Education Requirements/Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of property management industry operations and personnel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with ability to manage projects/activities.
- Must hold a valid drivers license and self-insured vehicle.
