This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to facilitate the recovery and release process.What You Will DoUtilize a consistent process to manage a queue of repo assigned accounts. Perform skip‑tracing activities leveraging all applicable skip trace tools to locate customer information.Locate and update vehicle location information with vender to facilitate arrangements to pick up collateral.Review and validate accounts with missing/incorrect location information.Properly document account information and input data in the appropriate systems.Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co‑create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsWhat You Will BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Previous experience in a Collections role with heavy skip‑tracing responsibilities.Education in lieu of experience.Ability to multi‑task and independently manage their time daily to ensure productivity and goals are met.Strong skip‑tracing skills – Ability to utilize various skip‑tracing tools (where applicable).Basic computer skills – Knowledge of Windows including Word and Excel.Strong communication skills – Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to peers and customers.Strong listening skills – Ability to listen and understand direction.Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels.
