We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work that transforms communities.Role AccountabilitiesWork with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projectsPreparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clientsLead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvementsLead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopmentsWork with municipalities to obtain necessary permitsProject management of site development or redevelopmentQualifications & ExperienceOhio‑licensed (PE) or PE‑candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site developmentExperience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work such as single‑site and municipal‑type projects, and development of construction documents for public sector clients including cities/counties/water districtsProficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation (considered an asset)Excellent communication and writing skillsThe ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholdersSalary & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 – $132,000.
