Job Overview As a Private Wealth Director, you will lead and cultivate client relationships across the Wealth Advisory and Private Client Advisory segments, acting as the central trusted advisor for complex financial needs. Your role will involve developing new business leads, expanding existing accounts, and orchestrating a team of specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain deep, long‑term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.Generate referrals and new business leads from internal and external sources, including centers of influence.Build a thorough understanding of each client's family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations.Collaborate with a team of experts to design and execute customized Wealth Management strategies.Coordinate specialists to provide comprehensive services—including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.Create tailored meeting agendas, presentations, and relationship timelines aligned to short‑, medium‑, and long‑term client goals.Review client accounts to assess banking, investment, and advisory needs; anticipate and create opportunities to enhance relationships.Contribute to organic growth by expanding existing relationships and sourcing new clients.Participate in the development of new integrated solutions and close sales opportunities.Ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging client needs.Integrate digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the overall client experience.Qualifications & Experience Broad understanding of Wealth Management principles, including investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance.Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and synthesize complex financial information.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for a variety of audiences.Strong relationship‑management capabilities and high emotional intelligence.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Minimum of 10–15 years of industry experience, including significant experience in relationship management and portfolio management.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or post‑graduate degree preferred).Licenses & Certifications Series7 and 63 licenses required.Professional certifications preferred (CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM).Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
