We are seeking an Analyst for Brand Analytics – Arby's to help develop brand direction by delivering insights from sales, market, and customer data, supporting cross‑functional partners, and guiding strategy across all levels.*This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday‑Thursday.RESPONSIBILITIES Generate insights that improve the business by linking sales, competitor, market, and customer data.Analyze brand performance and sales trends, including promotional and test analyses.Create and maintain KPI reports that assess ongoing performance, leading indicators, and explanatory factors.Develop, execute, and deliver ad‑hoc reports based on brand business requirements for stakeholders across the organization.Analyze and monitor key metrics across brand health, product performance, and guest experience to assess and recap the impact of overall business performance and promotional marketing programs.Provide guidance and strategic recommendations on promotional marketing initiatives, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures, and present recommendations based on sound financial analysis to audiences at all levels.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, collaborating effectively across the organization to achieve objectives.Ensure all medium/long‑term projects are implemented on time and meet business goals.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS 4‑year degree preferably in Business Management, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.EXPERIENCE Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in the field.Master's degree preferred.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Result‑driven with the ability to perform with limited supervision.Ability to compile sound business recommendations.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to research, reconcile data, and reach conclusions.Time‑management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced QSR environment with tight deliverables for senior management.Proactive, team player, and capable of working independently.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering).Relational database proficiency with SQL.Power BI experience is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
